The 3D Eventroom Configurator is a web-based solution that enables event organizers to design interactive and visual events. The intuitive user interface makes it easy to design room layouts, seating options, stage adjustments and floor drops.
Thanks to the precise 3D visualization, which can be easily shared via a link, a clear, common understanding is created between customers and event management, which makes coordination and collaboration much easier.
The configurator also offers true-to-scale PDF plans and detailed furniture statistics to make planning even more efficient.

The configurator can be used without prior knowledge.
3D rooms
Interactive room selection and viewing of the room from any desired angle (move camera, rotate, zoom).
Room configurations
Depending on customer requirements, the room can be flexibly adapted with interactive elements such as partitions, doors, curtains, floor gradations or stage configurations.
3D furniture
Each piece of furniture can be positioned and rotated in 3D space using the mouse or touch function.
Furniture properties
Mobile units have customizable properties such as position, rotation, colour categorization and text information. Additional furniture-specific attributes can also be defined.
Templates
Template scenes are ready-made, reusable room layouts that serve as a starting point for the design.
Arrange furniture
The furniture overview contains the complete catalog of possible pieces of furniture that can be dragged and dropped into the scene. In addition, special functions such as arranging chairs at tables or stacking furniture provide flexible design options.
Storage
Each configuration can be saved at any time. It is saved in the form of a unique link per configuration so that several people can edit the design by passing on the link.
The generated link to the configured room remains the same throughout the entire planning process, right through to implementation.
Version control
Thanks to version control, any previously saved version of a design can be accessed at any time.
PDF export (vectorized)
Planned rooms, including furniture statistics, can be exported as a true-to-scale 2D PDF for further use. This contains the floor plans of the rooms, the configuration, all the furniture used, the furniture statistics, comments entered, groupings and color codes.
Inquiry form
Using a customizable request form, users can contact the operator directly and share the design they have created.
Admin area
Administrators have extended rights. They can mark templates as public or private, manage extended furniture and room configurations and block the editing of scenes.
Room boundaries
Individual limits for the position of furniture can be defined for each room, for example to keep escape routes clear in the design.
AI visualization
With the help of AI, realistic atmospheric images are automatically created from the configuration – the true-to-scale furnishings are retained and translated into an impressive display with atmosphere.
Image generation
Whether for customer meetings, concepts or marketing purposes: our 3D configurator with AI visualization brings emotion and clarity to your event planning. The images can be easily generated from any angle in the configurator.
Cross-browser compatibility
The configurator works web-based – withoutthe hassle of downloading an app.
