We had the privilege of developing a web-based learning simulation on behalf of Ecomedia AG for an international corporation in the printing sector, which entertainingly conveys the learning material and offers a lively learning experience. This interactive platform allows employees and partners to deepen their knowledge of the company’s values and goals while taking their sales skills to the next level.

In the learning simulation, the participants are transferred to a fictitious toner production facility, where they take on the role of a managing director. Your job is to make the company a success and become virtual millionaires. Over six months, weekly challenges will be presented in which participants will have to demonstrate their skills in areas such as sustainability, anti-piracy, and customer orientation.

By completing the challenges, as well as selling the toners produced, participants earn points and receive rewards.
