Your event will be recorded live on site by cameras and microphones, edited in real time and distributed via streaming platform (Youtube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, etc.) or via a video conferencing system (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
If desired, selected comments from viewers can be displayed or live connections to external participants can be carried out.
The produced live stream can also be recorded in order to edit statements or a trailer from it afterwards.
Production of image and sound
In order to stream your event live on the Internet, it must be captured using cameras and microphones.
We act as classic video producers and bring everything necessary for the production. From lights to cameras, microphones, audio and video mixing consoles, computers for graphics overlays and the streaming itself is transported to the performance site, set up, initialized and operated by our specialist staff. In advance, a schedule of the event will be drawn up together with you and your wishes regarding graphics and sounds will be discussed.
We work with modern equipment (such as remote-controlled PTZ cameras, wireless microphones, LED lights) in order to be able to offer comprehensive production at relatively low costs.
Streaming & Recording
The finished live image with sound is streamed directly to the Internet and, if necessary, also recorded.
In order for your viewers to be able to see the live steraming, it must be distributed via a streaming server. There are cost-effective solutions (e.g. Youtube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch), which allows a large target group to be reached and viewers to have very easy access to them.
However, if your live stream is only accessible to a select group of people, it must be transmitted via a secure streaming server, which usually makes this solution a bit more expensive.
In addition, the stream can also be recorded for subsequent editing, e.g. to edit short statements from it for social media).
Interactivity with viewers
Would you also like to let your viewers have their say?
Would you like to give your viewers the opportunity to ask questions during a panel discussion or even to be connected via webcam? We enable you to send questions from social media directly to the moderator or to establish a live connection to a viewer or participant who, for example, cannot appear on site at short notice.
In order to be able to carry out live broadcasts, a sufficiently fast Internet connection must be available at the venue.

A live streaming of an event/webinar is very individual. Depending on the type of event, location, ideas/wishes and requirements for the live stream, we need more or less equipment and personnel on site, which has a significant impact on the price.

In order to be able to carry out the production, we ideally need several, individually fused power connections (230V) as well as a sufficiently fast, preferably wired Internet connection. If this is not available at the venue, we can organize mobile solutions.
